A term like 'affiliates' was rendered a dirty word in the OCW vernacular, never to be uttered in the presence of the almighty tyrant, Dean. Then, one day, along came OCW's savior. A parrot head by the name of Jimmy Buffett. This was a man who understood networking and the need to collaborate with others. So, he put a benevolent business man in charge by the name of Marcus Welsh. Welsh, well versed in the art of business skills, set forth in righting so many of Dean's wrongs.
